Benjamin K. is an experienced strategic talent partner currently overseeing talent-related matters for the Rocket Growth Business at Coupang. With a diverse background in global HR management, including roles as Director of Global Strategic Talent and Director of Recruiting Operations, Benjamin has successfully enhanced recruiting processes, talent retention, and performance management. Previous positions include Global HR Business Partner at SK Innovation and Samsung C&T Corporation, where Benjamin managed global HR policies and cross-border talent development initiatives. A founding member of Samsung Medical Center's Center for Future Innovation, Benjamin has also held consulting roles at Aon Hewitt and has experience in public policy research with the United States Senate.
