Michael Ramirez, MSIT, currently serves as the Infrastructure Systems Architect for the County of Ventura since November 2006. In this role, responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies for county agencies, developing technology roadmaps, leading a team of six IT analysts, managing vendor relationships, and gathering system requirements for architecture design. Prior experience includes positions as an Enterprise Systems Engineer at Ticketmaster, Senior Network Administrator at McGraw Hill, ERP Systems Analyst at Amgen, Data Network Engineer at AT&T Solutions, Senior Technical Supervisor at Somera Communications, and Shipping Lead Supervisor at Waterway Plastics. Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Aspen University and degrees in Information Systems Security and Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
