Chantal Demers possesses extensive experience in paramedic services, currently serving as the Manager of Logistics & Community Programs at the County of Simcoe since June 2018. Previously held the position of Logistics Supervisor for York Region from February 2018 to June 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating Continuous Quality Improvement programs and ensuring compliance with Ministry reviews. Earlier roles at County of Simcoe Paramedic Services from April 2003 to June 2018 provided Chantal with a diverse background in various paramedic capacities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Applied Business: Emergency Services from Lakeland College and a Diploma in Primary Care Paramedic from Cambrian College, alongside Healthcare Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
