Nicole Ticzon, MSW, is an experienced social worker currently serving as a Social Worker III at the County of San Mateo since August 2021. In this role, Nicole conducts assessments for In-Home Support Services (IHSS) recipients, manages a caseload of over 200 clients, and connects recipients with various support services. Prior experience includes working as a Protective Services Worker Intern at the City and County of San Francisco, where Nicole investigated abuse cases involving vulnerable adults, and as a Social Work Intern at the County of San Mateo.
