Arlene Cahill, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and personnel analysis. Currently serving as an HR/Personnel Analyst for San Mateo County since January 2014, Arlene collaborates with various departments to develop recruitment strategies and manage the selection process. Prior to this, Arlene held the position of HR Manager at Landmark Protection from 1998 to January 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, creating policies, and developing training programs. Arlene's career also includes roles as Security Operations Manager at Landmark Protection and Staffing Manager at Pro Staff, contributing to staffing solutions and financial monitoring. Arlene earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University between 1986 and 1990.
