Toby Uehara has extensive experience in the field of computer applications and web support, currently serving as a Computer Applications Support Tech III for the County of Maui since April 2015. Prior to this role, Toby held the position of Compositor/Webmaster at Maui Publishing Company from October 1982 to December 2014. Toby's educational background includes studies at the University of Hawaii Maui College.
