Bryan Parnell is a seasoned professional currently serving as Deputy County Administrator for Manatee County Government since October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and serving as Assistant Regional Engineer with the US Navy from June 2020 to December 2023. Bryan Parnell holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (BAE) from Penn State University (1997-2002) and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Construction Management from the University of Maryland (September 2010 - August 2011).
