Kimberly Colarusso is a seasoned business analyst currently serving the County of Bucks since April 2021, acting as a liaison between IT and county business units, analyzing processes for improvements, and managing software implementations. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T Bell Laboratories as an Intellectual Property Manager, where strategic review processes for over 26,000 patents were developed, and as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, successfully deploying financial platforms to multiple countries.
