Martin Marsh has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Supply at Countrywide Healthcare since February 2022. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing and Inventory Controller at Mitchell Powersystems, as well as Purchasing Manager and Supply Chain & Contracts Controller at SIG Building Systems. Martin also held the position of Contract Delivery Manager at Miller Pattison Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing contract coordinators for ECO compliant work. Previous experiences encompass roles as Purchasing Coordinator at Miller Pattison and Team Leader at SIG Energy Management, where leadership of a 13-member team involved managing workloads and performance. Martin began a career in underwriting at Dream Finance in 2007.
