Sandy is the fifth generation working on her family dairy farm in Evansville. With 10 family members and 60 employees, the farm milks 2,800 cows and operates 5,500 acres, growing alfalfa, corn, grass, and soybeans. Sandy graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science. As Business Manager on the farm, Sandy works closely with the parlor manager and milking crew, oversees public relations efforts, and is instrumental in employee management.
