Scott Strubhar currently serves as Supervisor of Contact Center Learning and Development at COUNTRY Financial® since April 2020. Prior to this role, Scott gained extensive experience at RLI Insurance Company, where positions included Lead HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Senior HR Generalist from June 2014 to January 2020. Additionally, Scott worked at Northwestern Mutual - Greater Peoria as Director of Development from March 2013 to June 2014 and served as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from October 2011 to March 2013. Early in the career, Scott held the position of Agency Specialist at State Farm Insurance from September 2004 to October 2011. Scott is an alumnus of Illinois State University.
