Benjamin LeRose is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Sally's Apizza since January 2024 and as Chef Owner of Forkin’ Delicious LLC, where meal prep, catering, and private events are the focus. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Chef at Red Horse by David Burke, contributing to its opening and overseeing transitions in other establishments. Notable roles also include NRO Executive Chef at Parched Hospitality Group and Executive Chef / Partner at The Capital Grille. Earlier experiences feature leadership positions at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Gila River Hotels & Casinos, where Benjamin was instrumental in launching new dining concepts. Benjamin's culinary education includes a Certificate in Culinary Arts from San Diego Culinary Institute obtained in 2014.
