Samantha Lasiewicz is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as a Founding Member of The People Collective since June 2024 and as Vice President of Human Resources at Data Clean, where strategic HR initiatives have significantly supported company growth and acquisitions. Previously, Samantha held key positions including Head of Human Resources at Charles Industries, LLC, and Sr. Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Alight Solutions. Samantha also directed HR efforts at The Hartford and CNA Insurance, where the focus was on transforming HR functions and implementing successful talent management programs. Educational qualifications include a Master's in HR Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Illinois State University.
