Astrid Goussé has over 10 years of work experience in product management and engineering. Astrid began their career in 2009 as an engineer trainee for Solaris Energy Systems Limited and Electricity Transport Network. At Solaris, they sized thermal solar panels installations for private and corporate clients and assisted the company to improve communication, launch innovative products, and differentiate from competitors. At Electricity Transport Network, they analysed photovoltaic production data to study its impact on the electrical network and delivered a geographical and seasonal prediction of the PV production.
In 2011, they worked as a project manager for a particular client, leading a team of 7 students to assess construction plans of a hotel outside of Santiago. Astrid also worked as a fuel department engineer trainee for LAN Airlines, conducting a feasibility study of the implementation of a Verified Carbon Standard methodology to emit verified carbon units using an engine washing process. Additionally, they worked as a simulation project study with ARENA software for Chilectra, reorganizing operational teams planning.
In 2015, they worked as a product owner for Amadeus IT Pacific, engaging in knowledge exchange and networking with Sydney site and organizing an innovation showcase event. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a product manager for Chelsea Apps Factory and EDITED.
Since 2019, they have been working as Head of Product, Lead Product Manager, and Product Manager for Countingup. During their time at Amadeus IT Group, they were a Business Analyst/Product Owner and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner I, part of a pilot Scrum team. Astrid has achieved success in delivering scalable products or product enhancements that bring high business value and increased trust with clients.
Astrid Goussé has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Management and Economics from Ecole centrale de Nantes (2007-2011), as well as a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, and Corporate Finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2010-2011). Astrid has also obtained various certifications, including Understanding Financial Markets from Coursera Course Certificates (March 2021), Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS from Coursera Course Certificates (April 2020), Leadership and Emotional Intelligence from Coursera Course Certificates (August 2019), Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates (August 2018), and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org (May 2016).
