Jae Shin currently serves as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Counterpart International since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jae Shin held the position of Director of Information Technology at Charles E. Smith Life Communities from January 2020 to October 2022 and at National Lutheran Communities & Services from December 2014 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at Cyrus Management Solutions, LLC for the US Department of Transportation in 2014, and various roles at MHM Services, Inc., including Senior Director of Communications, Data Management, and Information Technology from 2005 to 2013. Jae Shin's foundational experience includes managerial and consulting roles at The Washington Post from 1998 to 2005. Jae Shin holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute.
