Will Freeman is a Fellow for Latin America Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations since February 2023, focusing on issues in Latin American politics and U.S. relations. Previously, Will Freeman was a PhD candidate in Politics at Princeton University from September 2017 to January 2023, where the dissertation centered on the prosecution of grand corruption in Latin America. Additionally, Will Freeman served as a Fulbright Scholar conducting fieldwork on judicial efforts against corruption in Colombia, Peru, and Guatemala from January to August 2022, and was a Fulbright Grantee in Hungary from September 2016 to May 2017. Will Freeman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Tufts University.
