Sebastien Relland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sebastien began their career in 1996 as an Assistant Project Manager at Montparnasse Multimedia. In 1998, they joined CANAL+ Group as a Digital Media Analyst. Two years later, in 2000, they co-founded and co-directed E-Safran, a pioneering start-up in mobile marketing. In 2002, Relland moved to the Council of Europe Development Bank, where they held various roles including Head of Corporate Affairs, Head of Economic, Social and Strategic Studies, and currently serves as the Head of Donor Relations and Fiduciary Accounts.
Sebastien Relland has a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1993 to 1994. Sebastien also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po, which they earned from 1990 to 1993.
