Keenan McNamara is a Medical Case Manager at the Council of Community Services, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Keenan worked as a Receptionist at Bliss Hair Studio and as an Operations Assistant at James Madison University, where responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with technology setup. Keenan's experience also includes serving as Kidzone Staff at Green Ridge Recreation Center, leading a team in caring for children, and working as a Dietary Aide at Our Lady of the Valley - Retirement Community, focusing on providing quality dining experiences for residents.
