Charlene Tolley is a knowledgeable educational consultant with experience as an adjunct faculty at Forsyth Technical Community College and a teacher at Guilford County Schools. Charlene also serves as a Regional Representative at the Council for Exceptional Children. With a PhD in Special Education and Teaching from Liberty University, Charlene has a strong background in education. Prior to their current roles, Charlene worked as a Special Education Teacher at Randolph County Schools and owned The English Academy.
