Bridgett Strickler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Bridgett is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at CAEL since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Graduate! Network in various capacities, including Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President Learning and Impact. Bridgett also held positions as Vice President of Network Engagement/Co PI Bridging The Talent Gap and Co-Principal Investigator and Business Engagement Lead Bridging The Talent Gap. Strickler has experience as the Director of Network Engagement at THE GRADUATE! NETWORK and Executive Director at Education Matters Southern Indiana. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant & College Selection Coach at Degrees at Work and as a Small Business Consultant at their own freelancing venture. Bridgett co-founded Bon Amis Ventures, LLC and served as Vice President at The Rawlins Sales Group.

Bridgett Strickler obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics/International Relations from Bucknell University, graduating in 1988. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Louisville from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. In 2014 to 2015, Bridgett attended both the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky to complete an Executive MBA program.
