Morane Bensoussan is a Legal Counsel at LawFlex since July 2023, specializing in corporate law in Israel and France, with expertise in SaaS, contract negotiations, IP rights, and data protection. Previously, Morane served as an Associate at M. Firon & Co. from August 2020 to July 2023, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation under the guidance of Adv. Jacob Enoch. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Fellow at the International Institute for Counter Terrorism, an Externship with Dr. Pr Guénaël Mettraux, and summer associate positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Cabinet Stansal, among others. Morane holds multiple law degrees, including a Joint LL.M. in International Criminal Law from Columbia Law School and the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Laws from King's College London and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
