Harshini Pande is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical support and database management. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Couchbase since May 2021, Harshini previously held the role of Senior Technical Support Analyst at BMC Software from July 2016 to May 2021 and worked as a Senior Database Analyst at Esri from January 2013 to July 2016, where Harshini provided Tier 2 support and received recognition for effective escalation resolution.
