Paul Brennan is an Associate Attorney at Couch Lambert LLC since April 2018, specializing in representing financial institutions in actions on open accounts, lines of credit, and loans. Brennan manages and directs attorneys across nine states, overseeing case management, compliance matters related to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and achieving the highest collections within the firm from 2021 to 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office, where Brennan represented the State of Louisiana, prepared cases, and managed dockets. Additional roles as a Law Clerk at Pierce and Shows, APLC, and externships with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and the Louisiana Court of Appeal have further developed Brennan's legal expertise. Brennan holds a Juris Doctor with a Diploma in Comparative Law from LSU Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
