Valerie Politano, Ph.D., DABT, is a seasoned toxicologist with extensive experience in the beauty and fragrance industries. Currently, Valerie serves as the Director of Toxicology for Consumer Beauty at Coty Inc. since May 2015. Prior to this role, Valerie worked at the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, Inc. from November 2004 to May 2015, where positions included Senior Human Health Scientist and Human Health Scientist. Valerie holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology from Rutgers University and a BA in Chemistry from DePauw University.
