Rory Murphy is an experienced professional with a strong background in process development and technical leadership within the cosmetics and personal care industries. Currently serving as Director at Coty since October 2016, Rory is responsible for base business support, crisis management, and supply network design across R&D categories, while also leading Process Development for Luxury Cosmetics and Sun/Skin/Body categories. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Procter & Gamble, where Rory held various roles including Senior Scientist and Principal Researcher, focusing on materials process and delivery for the Bar Soap and Skincare businesses in the EMEA region. Rory holds a BSc in Biochemistry from University College Cork, obtained in 2000.
