Paloma Capanema is a seasoned professional in ESG and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of ESG and Sustainability at Coty since July 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the ESG agenda for Brazil and Latin America and managing relevant campaigns. Concurrently, Paloma is a Conquer School Teacher, instructing postgraduate and MBA students in People Management and Project Management. Previous experience includes working as ESG Manager at Grupo Boticário, where significant contributions were made towards waste management and social inequality reduction. In earlier roles at Grupo Boticário and ArcelorMittal Brasil, Paloma focused on crisis management, reputation enhancement, and social impact initiatives. Paloma holds an Executive MBA in ESG de Alto Impacto from BBI and various degrees in Marketing, People Management, and Communication from prestigious institutions.
