Leah Zaslavsky currently serves as the CFO for North America and CFO for North America Luxury at Coty, a role held since July 2001. Previously, Zaslavsky was the Vice President of FP&A for the Consumer Beauty Division following the integration of P&G Beauty and held the position of Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, where oversight extended to a team of financial professionals managing significant reporting and analysis for a $4.5 billion multinational cosmetic company. Zaslavsky's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Controller, Senior Manager, and Manager at Nabisco, Inc., and as a Senior Financial Analyst, where support was provided to the Senior Finance Regional Director across 16 countries with substantial revenue. Zaslavsky's financial acumen was developed further as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley alongside an internship and accounting experience at Aetna Life Insurance Company. An MBA in Finance was obtained from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
