Giovanni (“Gianni”) Pieraccioni is President EMEA and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees Coty’ business growth across Europe, Middle-East and Africa territories.

Gianni brings over 30 years of international consumer goods experience in beauty, personal care, luxury accessories, home care, laundry detergents and food & beverages. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in marketing, and then held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales and general management for PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson in Europe, North America and South America. After a few successful experiences as CEO of small cap European companies in luxury accessories and spirits, Gianni joined Revlon. He most recently served as EVP/President of the Consumer Division and then as EVP/Chief Operating Officer.

Gianni is a graduated cum laude in Economics from the L.U.I.S.S. University of Rome, Italy. He is based in Amsterdam, where he lives with his wife.
