Gerson Campoi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager and Project Manager for the LATAM region at Coty, Gerson has successfully led various complex projects, including the Wella carve-out in Brazil, while fostering strong relationships with business leaders. As a co-founder and CTO of both Fidz and letts, Gerson has overseen the complete development cycle and infrastructure in cloud-based applications and AI-led platforms for lead management in the real estate sector. Previous experience includes significant roles at Hypermarcas S/A, TIM Brasil, and Brasilcap, focusing on CRM applications and business analysis. Gerson holds an Executive MBA from FGV and a degree in Mechatronics from USP.
