Thiago Mota currently serves as a Técnico de Engenharia de Processo at Climazon Industrial Ltda (MIDEA CARRIER) since July 2018, focusing on the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophy, production line balancing, and technical support for heat exchanger manufacturing processes. Prior to this role, Thiago worked as an Analista de Métodos e Processos at Robertshaw Soluções De Controles Da Amazônia Ltda from February 2010 to March 2017, where responsibilities included cost composition, PFMEA analysis, new product introductions, and technical training. Thiago holds multiple MBA degrees in Project Management and People Management & Coaching, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uninorte - Laureate International, completing studies in 2016.
