Andrew Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Andrew began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Applied Materials, where they gained experience in compensation, employee relations, and general HR functions. Andrew then joined Shell Oil Company, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist, supporting administrative and operations personnel. During this time, they also played a role in a targeted workforce reduction and assisted in the implementation of a new HRIS system.

After their time at Shell, Andrew attended South Texas College of Law and graduated in 2007. Shortly after passing the bar exam, they worked as a Contract Attorney at Eastham, Watson, Dale & Forney, handling legal issues and client support. Andrew later joined Counts & Bonacci, LLP as a Partner, representing clients in various legal matters and handling litigation and arbitration cases.

In 2012, Andrew joined Currin, Wuest, Mielke, Paul & Knapp, PLLC as an Attorney, expanding their practice to include property law disputes, will and probate drafting and litigation, and general counsel services. Andrew then became the General Counsel of PinnacleART in 2013, where they managed the risk and legal matters of the company.

In 2017, Andrew started their own law firm, Andrew M. Taylor, PLLC, where they provided legal services to clients before joining Cotton Holdings Inc. in 2018 as an Associate General Counsel. At Cotton Holdings, they support the company's subsidiaries in areas such as property restoration and recovery, construction, roofing, and consulting.

Throughout their career, Andrew has gained extensive experience in various legal and HR roles, including general counsel, litigation, and employment law.

Andrew Taylor has a diverse education history. Andrew obtained a JD degree in Law from South Texas College of Law Houston, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, from 1998 to 2000. Andrew's undergraduate education took place at Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Becoming a Good Mentor" from LinkedIn in February 2017.
