BJ McAndrew, GBA, REBC, is an Employee Benefits Broker at Cottingham & Butler, specializing in comprehensive resources and innovative solutions for employers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. With a solid background in communication and sales training from Dardis Communications, BJ has helped clients enhance their communication skills through workshops and keynote presentations. Previously, as a Business Development Manager at GreatAmerica Financial Services, BJ developed finance programs for IT companies, as well as serving as a Sales Representative for Stryker and Patterson Dental, where BJ focused on medical devices and dental products, respectively.
