As the Senior Program Manager at CoTs, Evan currently manages three separate programs for both international and domestic customers in the fields of arms control data automation and compliance. He has provided award-winning service to his customers for over 20 years, helping them find the effective business processes and technical solutions that are quick, effective, and scalable. Evan works closely with his customers and users from all over the world to manage priorities, mitigate risk, and deliver effective solutions. He holds a bachelorā€™s degree in Management Science/Decision Support Systems from Virginia Tech and can often be found spending time with friends and family, rooting for the Washington Nationals, and fruitlessly trying to improve his guitar playing.
