Robert is the youngest son of Cotecna’s founder, Elie-Georges Massey. He took on the role of CEO of the Group in 1992 before becoming Chairman of the Board in 2017. Following a change in the shareholding structure in 2018, he remains a member of the Board as Director. Robert graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
