Nguyen Xuan Truong has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Head of Coteccons Academy and the Head of the Quality Management Department at Coteccons Construction JSC since July 2012. Truong has held roles as a Quality Expert and has worked as a Site Engineer and Deputy Site Manager on various projects, including the Eurowindow, Noi Bai International Airport Terminal 2, and the Doan Ket Village Project. Prior to Coteccons, Truong was an Engineering Coordinator at ECOBA VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, overseeing operations at the Mong Duong thermal power plant 2. Earlier experience includes working as a Site Engineer for Keangnam Enterprises Ltd on the Landmark 72 Tower and for Phú Mỹ Thành on low housing projects. Nguyen Xuan Truong holds an Engineer's degree in Bridge and Highway from the National University of Civil Engineering in Vietnam.
