Ciera Dulgar, MHA, CTRS, currently serves as the Therapeutic Recreation Supervisor at the Cosumnes Community Services District since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in recreation therapy. Previous roles include Recreation Therapist and Internship Supervisor at Sutter Center For Psychiatry, where Ciera facilitated patient assessments and treatment plans, and held various positions with Associated Students, Inc. at Sacramento State, encompassing instruction in boating safety, camp counseling, and coaching in rowing. Ciera has also interned in recreation therapy at UHS, served as a lifeguard for the City of Sacramento, and worked as a ticket sales representative for Vail Resorts. Ciera holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from California State University-Sacramento.
