Greg Fritz has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on solution architecture and management roles. Greg started their career at Convergys in 1987, where they served as a Senior Technical Consultant, responsible for technical solution architecture and operations support. In 2012, they transitioned to NetCracker through an acquisition.
At NetCracker, Greg held various positions, including Senior Director for Application Development and Managed Services, where they oversaw operations support and managed a team of over 100 resources. Greg also served as a Managed Services Executive, responsible for end-to-end management of the corporate strategy and execution for global customers. Greg Fritz attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Systems & Management. Greg then attended Centre College from 1982 to 1984, where they studied English & Government. In 2017, Greg obtained a Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification from Xavier University. Greg also obtained additional certifications including Collibra Expert Level III from Collibra in March 2020, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure: Technical Assessment for Cloud Platform (MPN2176) from Microsoft in October 2018.
