Rodrigo Felix da Costa is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Since June 2022, Rodrigo has served as the Residential Services Manager and previously as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club. Prior to this, Rodrigo held the position of Club Lounge Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group from March 2018 to July 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Rodrigo contributed as an Assistant Front Office Manager and an Assistant Club and Guest Relations Manager, respectively. Early career roles involved cross-training in rooms division and guest services at prestigious establishments such as Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Hotel Cascais Miragem. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Les Roches and a High School Diploma in Economics from Escola Salesiana de Santo António do Estoril.
