Hayley Simms is an Associate Content Writer at CoStar Group, specializing in creating articles, scripts, and shot lists for Homes.com. Previously, Hayley served as a Media Public Relations Assistant at the University of Richmond, where responsibilities included drafting media releases and conducting media research. As an Undergraduate Research Fellow, Hayley explored historic plantations in Virginia under the guidance of Dr. Nicole Maurantonio. Additionally, a summer internship at BerlinRosen involved assisting with public relations tasks for multiple accounts, while earlier roles included marketing communications internships and providing IT support at the University of Richmond.
