Derek Pilarz is an IT professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the IT Administrator at Costanzo's Bakery, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Director of IT at BHS Foodservice Solutions from July 2008 to December 2021. Derek holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Erie Community College, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2009.
