Benedict Jay Edu possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary sectors, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Kitchen Manager at Bite Street Food since May 2018, where emphasis is placed on enhancing the dining experience through quality customer service. Simultaneously, Benedict has been a Commis De Cuisine at Costa Crociere since December 2016, catering to 2,800 passengers weekly and managing market lists and food preparations, particularly focusing on sauces. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Far Eastern University, a Culinary Certificate from Magsaysay Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, and a Two-Year Ontario College Diploma in Hospitality from St. Clair College, with ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Philippine Women's University.
