Ruth South has held various roles in the field of talent development and apprenticeships. From 2021 to the present, they have been the Global Talent Development and Apprenticeships Lead at Costa Coffee. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini from 2008 to 2021, where they held roles such as Head of Early & Emerging Talent and Employee Benefits Manager & Graduate Programme Manager. Ruth'sresponsibilities have included managing early careers and apprenticeship programs, as well as overseeing employee benefits and communications.
