Dan Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dan started their career as an Auditor at COOPER PARRY LLP in 2002 and then worked as an Audit Senior at Bentley Jennison from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they joined Capital One as a Senior Associate, where they managed the SOX program and external auditor relationship. In 2013, they joined Boots UK as a Finance Manager, supporting the development and rollout of the SOX compliance program. Dan then moved to Jaguar Land Rover as the Governance and Controls Lead, overseeing the establishment and delivery of the Shared Service Centre's Governance and Controls Framework. After that, they joined Dentsu Aegis Network as a Process Analyst for a brief period. In 2019, they returned to Boots UK, this time as a Senior Manager, responsible for leading the Controls & Compliance team and supporting the finance transformation program. Most recently, they joined KPMG as a Senior Manager, specializing in Sox and GRCS. Currently, Dan Hill is the Global Head of Internal Controls at Costa Coffee, a position they started in March 2022.
