Visser Bert is a seasoned professional in cost engineering with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as STO Business Unit Lead at Cleopatra Enterprise since May 2000, Visser holds the title of Senior Cost Consultant at Cost Engineering. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager, Lead Planning & Estimating at Klip B.V. from September 1992 to April 2000. Visser possesses a post-bachelor degree in Cost Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1989 and 1993, and has completed the DACE Cost Engineering certification from 2000 to 2002.
