Gilles Dupont is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fragrances industry. Currently serving as the Global Plants and Operations Director at Cosmo International Fragrances since January 2021, Gilles oversees global operations across the US, Spain, and Singapore. Previously, Gilles held the position of Plant & Operations Manager at Agile Quality Systems, focusing on sustainability and operational performance. Gilles also held significant roles at Takasago Corporate as the Director of Global Fragrance Quality, where responsibilities included establishing a global quality system, and at TAKASAGO Europe Perfumery Laboratory as the Director of Quality and Sample Laboratory. Gilles began the career at Unilever in the Cosmetics, Toiletries & Fragrances Division as Responsable Qualité. Gilles holds a DUT in Chemistry from IUT d'Orsay, obtained between 1978 and 1980.
