Gautam Bali has extensive experience in the marketing and sales industry. Gautam began their career in 1996 as a National Sales Manager at Modicare Ltd, where they worked until 2001. In 2003, they joined Elken Sdn Bhd as the Chief Marketing Officer. After a year, they moved on to become the Managing Director at Vestige Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Cosmic Nutracos Solutions, and Transedge Marketing Services. Finally, in 2007, they took on the role of Managing Director at COSMIC NUTRACOS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. Overall, Gautam has held various leadership positions in the marketing and sales field throughout their career.

Gautam Bali began their education at St. Mary's High School from 1980 to 1981. During this time, they studied English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Following their time at St. Mary's, Gautam attended the University of Jammu from 1981 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Gautam'sfield of study at the university included English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
