Junxiang Shao is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in customer support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Customer Support - Product and Application Specialist at COSMED - The Metabolic Company since July 2021, Junxiang previously worked as a Process Engineer at FATER from December 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, Junxiang held a position in project research and development at ICAPGroup in late 2019, where responsibilities included studying and developing an end-effector utilizing gecko adhesion technology, enhancing mechanical design capabilities through collaboration with a design team. Junxiang earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma (2017-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution (2014-2017), with further studies conducted at EPFL in 2019.
