Caro Imming currently serves as Leidinggevende at Cosis, beginning in November 2023, and has been the owner, advisor, manager, and coach at Caro&Co since January 2011. Previous roles include Chair of the Supervisory Board at Stichting GoedGeregeld, Project Leader for employee research at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen, and Head of Disability Care at Alliade. Caro Imming has also held various positions focusing on health and innovation, including senior advisor at the Project Organization Het Groninger Zorgakkoord and project manager at Zonnehuisgroep Noord. Educational qualifications include coaching and management training from AOG School of Management, Smart Health, and the NVTZ Academie, alongside degrees in history from the University of Groningen.
