Patrick Bucolo possesses extensive experience in the food service, restaurant, and property management industries. Currently serving as Resident Manager at Corvias since December 2019, Patrick previously worked as a Strategic Business Consultant for Crafty ‘Cue, LLC, where efforts contributed to the growth of a small market-based barbecue vendor into a mobile food truck and catering business. Prior roles include District Manager at YES! Communities overseeing multiple properties in North Carolina, Site Manager for a temporary airport renovation project at Resolute Building Co, and various positions at Corvias, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and team management. Patrick began a career in the restaurant industry at Carrabba's Italian Grill as a Head Waiter. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Methodist University.
