Jenny Somers has extensive experience in IT management and product support, specifically in the health services and corporate environments. As a Product Support Specialist II and IT Manager for CorVel Corporation since 2005, Jenny has successfully managed a virtual National Help Desk team and established processes, training procedures, and a Knowledge Base supporting 4,000 employees.
